Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system issues using diagnostic tools like NetMon, Windbg, and custom tools.
• Respond to incident tickets in a 24x7 environment to meet SLA objectives.
• Review system logs to identify and mitigate issues.
• Update knowledge base troubleshooting guides and lessons learned.
• Document incident fixes and recommend improvements to engineering for future releases.
• Coordinate change management and document issues causing outages.
• Support collaboration across operations, development and external partners.
• Monitor performance and escalate per client specifications and SLAs.
