Job summary

ASM Research is seeking a System Operations Analyst to join the incident management team in a 24x7 Microsoft Azure environment. You will diagnose, mitigate and escalate issues to maintain a high level of availability and reliability for live site operations.

You will respond to incident tickets, review logs, use diagnostic tools, update knowledge bases, document fixes and coordinate with engineering and external partners.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or other technical discipline preferred.
• 1–2 years of operations experience providing application infrastructure support.
• Experience supporting a 24x7 cloud-based environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in Azure/AWS cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incident tickets in a 24x7 environment to meet SLAs.
• Troubleshoot system issues using diagnostic tools and logs.
• Review system logs and leverage knowledge bases to identify root causes.
• Document incident fixes and recommend engineering improvements.
• Coordinate change management and cross-team collaboration.
• Willingness to work overtime and varying hours as required.
