ASM Research is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join the incident management team in a 24x7 Microsoft Azure environment. You will diagnose, mitigate and accelerate resolution of system issues to maintain high availability.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting with diagnostic tools, handling 24x7 incident tickets, patching cloud servers, and coordinating with on‑prem systems and engineering. Strong collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• BS in CS or technical field preferred.
• 2 years operations experience providing application infrastructure support.
• 1 year system administration experience (Windows/Linux).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system issues using diagnostic tools.
• Respond to incident tickets in a 24x7 environment to meet SLA.
• Perform patching and system updates on cloud servers.
• Coordinate resolution of on-prem systems and coordinate with engineering.
• Support collaboration across operations, development teams and partners.
