Job summary

One Medical’s Virtual Medical Team (VMT) provides world-class virtual care to patients 24/7. This full-time role supports tele-health visits, triage calls, and email follow-ups with an emphasis on evidence-based primary care.

You’ll work with both virtual and in-office teammates to ensure seamless patient experiences. The position requires completing an accredited FNP program with national certification and holding an active license in AZ/CA/CO/OR/WA, with ability to obtain additional licenses.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• Active APRN license in AZ, CA, CO, OR, or WA; able to obtain additional licenses as needed.
• Willingness to work weekday/weekend shifts and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including video visits and email follow-ups.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-person teammates to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain excellent clinical and communication standards across tele-health modalities.
