Job summary

One Medical in the United States is seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Provider to join the Virtual Medical Team, delivering world‑class telehealth care 24/7 in partnership with in‑person teams. This full‑time, remote role requires weekday and weekend shifts and involves telehealth visits, triage calls, video appointments, and email follow‑ups.

You will hold an accredited FNP program with national certification, current state licenses (CA/OR/WA/AZ/CO), and experience in primary care or urgent

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+).
• Currently licensed in CA, OR, WA, AZ, or CO with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• For AZ: Must have > 8000 hours and eligible for PA collaborative status
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required)
• Shifts range from 6 am - 5 pm PT, 7am - 6pm PT, 11 am - 10 pm PT, 12 pm - 11 pm PT, 1 pm - 12 am PT
• Excellent clinical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in‑office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilize your clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care.
