Job summary

One Medical’s Virtual Medical Team (VMT) offers world‑class, convenient virtual care to patients around the clock. This full‑time telehealth role requires an accredited FNP program with national certification and active licensure in one of the listed states.

You will treat patients through tele-health visits, participate in ongoing learning, and collaborate with both virtual and in-office teams. The position emphasizes patient‑centered care, exceptional communication, and comfort with technology

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency settings.
• Licensed in AZ, CA, CO, OR, or WA with ability to obtain additional licenses.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including video, phone, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Provide exceptional care to patients virtually using your clinical training.
