One Medical's Virtual Medical Team (VMT) seeks a licensed Advanced Practice Clinician (FNP) to deliver world‑class virtual primary care. The role includes telehealth visits, triage, and email follow-ups, working with both virtual and in‑office teammates.

Expect weekly clinical rounds and ongoing learning in a fully remote, full‑time schedule. Arizona/California/Colorado/Oregon/Washington licensed providers are invited to apply.

Qualifikationen

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• 2+ years in outpatient primary care or urgent care in the last 5 years.
• Licensed in AZ, CA, CO, OR or WA with ability to obtain other state licenses.
• CA: 103 or 104 certification preferred and willingness to obtain required.

Aufgaben

• Treat patients via tele-health visits (video, phone, email).
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Provide exceptional care to patients virtually using your clinical training.
