Job summary

One Medical seeks a full-time Advanced Practitioner for its Virtual Medical Team to provide world-class virtual primary care to patients 24/7. You will treat patients via telehealth, participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, and collaborate with both virtual and in-office teammates to deliver high-quality care.

Must have an accredited FNP program with national certification and active licenses in eligible states; weekend shifts and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+).
• Currently licensed in AZ, CA, CO, OR, or WA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• CA: 103 or 104 certification is strongly preferred and willingness to obtain required.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday).
• Shifts range from 6am-5pm PST to 1pm-12am PST depending on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visits, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities for ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilize your clinical training to deliver exceptional care to patients virtually.
