One Medical is seeking a full-time Virtual Medical Team Advanced Practitioner (FNP) to deliver telehealth primary care. You will conduct video visits, triage calls, and email follow-ups, collaborating with both virtual and in-office teams to provide high-quality care to patients 24/7.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• 2 years outpatient primary care or 2 years urgent care experience within the last 5 years.
• Currently licensed in AZ, CA, CO, OR, or WA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• CA: 103 or 104 certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts; current shifts listed (various PST times).
• Excellent clinical and communication skills; ability to use technology to deliver high-quality care.

Responsabilités

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including video visits and telephonic triage.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaboration with virtual and in-office teammates.
• Utilize clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care across age groups.
• Support team in adapting to new workflows and health tech tools.
