Job summary

One Medical is a national virtual medical team delivering 24/7 virtual care to patients, with in-office support and a strong emphasis on human-centered primary care. The Virtual Medical Team seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to treat patients via telehealth across various shifts, collaborating with both virtual and in-person teammates.

The role requires an accredited FNP program with national certification, 2+ years of outpatient or urgent care experience, and active licenses in VA,

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/ED.
• Currently licensed in VA, DC, MD, or FL with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Must work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday or Sunday).
• Shifts range 6am-5pm ET, 11am-10pm ET, 1pm-12am ET.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits (video, phone, email).
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Deliver exceptional virtual care using your clinical training.
