One Medical's Virtual Medical Team is hiring a Full-time Advanced Practice Clinician to provide world-class virtual primary care 24/7. You will diagnose and treat patients through telehealth, triage calls, and email follow-ups, working closely with both virtual and in-office teammates.

The role includes ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and a strong emphasis on human-centered care. Applicants must have an accredited FNP program with national certification, be licensed in AZ/CA/CO/OR/WA

Formación

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years outpatient primary care (0+) OR 2 years urgent care / emergency medicine (0+).
• Licensed in AZ, CA, CO, OR or WA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• CA: 103 or 104 certification preferred and willingness to obtain required.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday required).
• Shifts range from the listed PST times and require excellent clinical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage, video visits and emails.
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilize your clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual care.
