Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time Virtual Medical Team clinician to deliver world-class, evidence-based virtual primary care to patients 24/7. The role requires an accredited FNP program with national certification, active licensure in IL/NY/NJ/MA, and the ability to work weekday and weekend shifts on a schedule that may include evenings.

Responsibilities include telehealth visits, triage, and follow-ups, with collaborative rounds and daily huddles with virtual and in-office teammates.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification.
• 2 years outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine experience in last 5 years.
• Currently licensed in IL, NY, NJ, or MA with ability to obtain additional licenses.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts.
• Shifts range from 8am-7pm EST, 11am-10pm, 12pm-11pm EST, 1pm-12am EST

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups.
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually
