Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time telehealth Advanced Practitioner (FNP) to provide high-quality primary care to patients 24/7 in a virtual setting. The role emphasizes treating patients through tele-health visits, triage calls, and video appointments, with ongoing learning in Clinical Rounds and daily team huddles.

Applicants must have completed an accredited FNP program with national certification and be licensed in MD, DC, VA, or FL with autonomous practice where applicable.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in outpatient primary care or 2 years in urgent care/emergency medicine across all ages.
• Licensed in MD, DC, VA, or FL with ability to obtain additional licenses.
• For FL: Autonomous APRN status required; for VA: autonomous practice.
• Able to work weekday and weekend shifts.
• Shifts vary (6am-5pm ET, 11am-10pm ET, 1pm-12am ET).
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including calls, video visits, and email follow-ups.
• Continual learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training to provide exceptional care virtually.
