Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for AWS Enterprise Support to advise customers across Compute, Storage, Database, and more. You will partner with customers to design, operate, and secure their cloud environments, acting as the voice of the customer to ensure value realization.

This role emphasizes strategic guidance, proactive planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and performance, with travel 10% or more as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' to organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises.
• Proactively craft and execute strategies to drive adoption and use of AWS services.
• Collaborate with engineers and service teams to see issues through to resolution.
• Travel 10% or more as needed.
