Amazon seeks a Customer Practice Manager (CPM) to lead transformational engagements for large Retail/CPG customers with AWS ProServe. The role focuses on executive-aligned strategy, cross-team collaboration, and delivering measurable outcomes at scale.

You will manage long-term roadmaps, pursue multi-year opportunities, and partner with AWS account teams to drive bookings and customer success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing a book of business with sales and revenue targets.
• 3+ years in Retail/CPG as consultant or part of a Professional Services org.
• Experience with multi-year service proposals and contracts >$10M total value.
• Experience with CRM systems for pursuits, progress, and pipeline.
• Experience engaging C‑level stakeholders to drive strategic transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Retail/CPG transformation outcomes for customers.
• Execute long-term strategic customer roadmaps with action bias.
• Develop unified account and pursuit plans aligned with AWS teams.
• Establish executive relationships across business and technology groups.
• Coordinate with internal AWS teams (#OneTeam) and partners.
• Serve as trusted advisor with deep business and cloud ecosystem knowledge.
• Deliver on bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.
