You will orchestrate cross‑functional teams across sales, solution architecture, and services to deliver end‑to‑end adoption journeys. Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large‑scale technical or engineering programs with proven benefits and successful completion.
• 4+ years of customer‑facing work with executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
• Experience leading transformation projects across broad functional teams in enterprise environments.
• Experience in enterprise-scale infrastructure or development-based cloud programs/projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute a near-, mid-, and long-term vision for the customer’s cloud transformation with the AWS team.
• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain broad knowledge of existing and emerging cloud technologies to unlock opportunities.
• Incorporate organizational change best practices into project delivery.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.
• Collaborate with customers to identify high-impact AWS use cases and best practices.
