Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects within the ProServe team. You will combine technical oversight with strong program leadership to drive AWS-based implementations and customer outcomes.

You will apply AWS Well-Architected and CAF frameworks, manage risks, and communicate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud computing experience.
• 5+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
• 5+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• Knowledge of public cloud value proposition and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Guide technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS services and best practices.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and map to customer outcomes.
