Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a high-impact Global Account Manager to lead relationships with AWS’s largest retail customers worldwide. You will drive executive sponsorships, build a C‑suite strategy, and coordinate a broad set of AWS resources to achieve strategic outcomes.

This role requires managing a global account, designing long-term strategies, and guiding deployment initiatives while ensuring customer satisfaction through senior leadership alignment and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience representing AWS at senior levels and driving discussions on trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation.
• Experience creating long-term transformational account strategies in a customer-facing role.
• AWS Professional level certification or equivalent ability to translate technical data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Experience leading data strategy within a team or organization.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with the customer's C-suite to articulate a clear vision and drive engagement across the account.
• Sell at the strategic level within the account and implement a broad strategy for customer satisfaction and service adoption.
• Collaborate with AWS resources (Executives, Solutions Architects, Partners, Support, Service teams, Professional Services) to support customer interests.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution across regions and lines of business.
