Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solutions within ProServe. You will blend technical credibility with project leadership to ensure customer outcomes and successful implementations across AWS-based engagements.

You will apply AWS Well-Architected Framework and Cloud Adoption Framework, drive trade-offs, manage risks, and communicate with diverse stakeholders. This role requires strong management of programs and cloud projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 3+ years leading programs or engagements with multiple concurrent projects.
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Guiding technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS service knowledge.
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions and mapping to outcomes.
• Distilling customer needs into clear requirements and decomposing problems.
• Contributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standards.
