Job summary

AWS is seeking a leader to manage and enable AWS Partner Network Consulting Partners in the US, owning technical strategy and execution to help partners grow their business practices on the AWS platform.

You will collaborate with partner development managers, core team leaders and AWS customers to drive growth, develop new lines of business and APN competencies, and shape go-to-market solutions while traveling about 20% to engage partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• 5+ years of design, implementation or consulting in applications and infrastructures
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences including executives
• 5+ years of design/implementation/consulting with large-scale distributed enterprise applications
• 5+ years building out business relationships with multi-national partners and customers in support of technology sales

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partner development managers, and partner core team leaders, being results-driven and building a network of partners with deep capabilities and high-delivery quality
• Lead partner-facing activities including interactions with consulting partners' senior stakeholders, consultants and AWS customers, earning the trust of partner tech leaders
• Guide partner growth and transformation of their technology practices on the AWS Platform, and create packaged offerings with partner resources
• Manage a broad portfolio of partners from early stage cloud-native to large system integrators and value-added resellers
