Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a leader in the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization to drive the technical management and enablement of AWS Partner Network Consulting Partners in the US. You will own the technical strategy and execution plan for partner growth.

This role is partner-facing, requiring collaboration with internal stakeholders, partner managers, and senior partners to build trusted relationships and scalable offerings. Travel will be less than 20%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years design/implementation/consulting experience of large-scale, enterprise applications.
• 3+ years working with multi-national partners/customers in support of technology sales.
• 5+ years building relationships with partners/suppliers leading to increased sales opportunities.
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, partner development managers, and partner core team leaders.
• Own the technical strategy and execution plan for how partners develop their business practices and grow.
• Build and maintain a network of partners with deep capabilities and high-delivery quality.
• Manage a broad portfolio of partners across cloud-native and traditional system integrators.
