Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a leader to manage the technical enablement of AWS Partner Network Consulting Partners in the US. You will own the technical strategy and execution plan to help partners grow their business practices and capabilities.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner teams, build a network of partners with high delivery quality, and engage with senior partner stakeholders and AWS customers. Travel about 20% is expected to interface with partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology domains (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 5+ years of design/implementation/consulting with applications and infrastructures.
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients.
• 5+ years building out business relationships with multi-national partners and customers in support of technology sales.
• Travel is required, approximately 20% to interface with partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, partner development managers, and partner core team leaders.
• Own the technical strategy and execution plan for how partners will develop their business practices and grow.
• Build and manage a network of partners with deep capabilities and high-delivery quality.
• Interact with consulting partners' senior stakeholders, consultants, and AWS customers to earn trust and guide partner growth.
