Job summary

Amazon is seeking a senior AWS partner strategist to manage and enable selected AWS Partner Network Consulting Partners in the US. You will own the technical strategy and execution plan to help partners grow their business practices and capabilities on the AWS platform.

The role involves leading partner-focused initiatives, building trusted relationships with partner executives, and guiding the transformation of partners’ technology practices. Travel is up to 20% as required.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients.
• 7+ years of design/ implementation/ consulting experience of large-scale, enterprise applications.
• 3+ years of experience working with multi-national partners/customers in support of technology sales.
• 5+ years building out proven relationships with partners/suppliers leading to increased sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partner development managers, and partner core team leaders to drive results.
• Develop and nurture a network of partners with deep capabilities and high delivery quality.
• Manage relationships with consulting partners' senior stakeholders, consultants and AWS customers to earn trust and guide growth.
