Job summary

Supabase is hiring a remote candidate to lead the AWS gaming segment end to end, driving adoption of Supabase within game studios building on AWS. You will manage the technical and commercial relationship with AWS gaming organizations and collaborate with SI partners on co-sell motions and feature enhancements.

You’ll own the AWS gaming strategy, coordinate with SI partners, and push for joint GTM plans, including SDK coverage and real-time/multiplayer considerations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development with hyperscalers
• Experience working with gaming studios, publishers, or gaming ISVs/SIs is a strong plus
• Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder partner relationships and GTM initiatives

Responsibilities

• Own the AWS gaming segment strategy and roadmap
• Manage relationships with AWS gaming teams and SAs
• Lead joint GTM plans with SI partners and AWS teams
• Build and run co-sell pipeline with AWS gaming account teams
• Identify gaps in Supabase's gaming product story and drive parity improvements
• Represent gaming motion in AWS funding conversations and provide data to support investments
• Collaborate with product marketing on gaming content and case studies
