Zusammenfassung

TTEC Digital is seeking an experienced Overlay Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for the AWS Connect practice. Reporting to the VP, Sales for AWS, you will identify opportunities, tailor solutions, and craft compelling value propositions for our clients on an enterprise scale.

The role focuses on expanding an existing installed base, achieving quarterly bookings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric, technology-driven contact center transformations.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in an enterprise space with consulting and technical delivery experience.
• 8+ years in a quota-retiring and/or sales role managing a sales forecast.
• 2+ years experience with Amazon Connect and AWS CX solutions.
• Experience with design-led thinking, strategy and client vision/account management approaches.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple sellers and products.

Aufgaben

• Drive and own the Amazon Connect bookings number with quarterly goals.
• Lead GTM activities including qualification, pitching, discovery and support to AE’s across the TTEC landscape.
• Forecast and manage bookings outlook with client close plans, next steps and reporting.
• Collaborate with existing client base to expand opportunities and drive pipeline.
• Partner with practice leadership and ecosystem to drive pipeline strategy.
• Develop materials and assets to drive GTM opportunities for clients and partners.
• Participate in meaningful events with clients and vendors.
