TTEC Digital seeks an accomplished Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new-logo growth and expansion across a portfolio spanning data, AI, cloud, CRM, and CCaaS. You will partner with AWS, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, and others to deliver transformational CX solutions.

You will own the full sales cycle, build strategic territory plans, and engage C-suite and senior leaders to close six- and seven-figure deals. This remote role targets enterprise opportunities in the United States.

Formación

• 10+ years of enterprise technology, SaaS, cloud, AI, CX, CCaaS, CRM, data, or professional services sales experience.
• Proven new-logo hunting track record with enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling complex, transformational solutions with six- and seven-figure deals.
• Experience selling into CX, Contact Center, Digital, Data & AI, Sales, or Operations teams.
• Executive-level relationship-building with C-suite and senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for large enterprise accounts.
• Develop territory and account strategies to generate new-logo pipeline.
• Engage executives across CX, Customer Service, Technology, Digital, Data & AI, Sales and Operations.
• Position TTEC Digital with partner ecosystems and differentiated data/AI platforms.
• Lead multi-stakeholder, multi-partner sales cycles and close high-value deals.
