Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 8-15 years IT experience with 3-4 years cloud engineering experience.
- Associate-level cloud certification in AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP.
- Hands-on Amazon Connect configuration and administration, including IVR design and routing.
- Python-based AWS Lambda functions and RESTful API integrations experience.
- DynamoDB data modeling, Terraform provisioning, and GitLab CI/CD workflows.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR paths.
- Develop Python-based AWS Lambda functions for contact center capabilities.
- Design and optimize DynamoDB tables and indexes for performance.
- Build secure RESTful integrations using API Gateway and Lambda.
- Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure with Terraform.
- Implement least-privilege permissions and secure integrations.
- Troubleshoot routing, latency, and availability issues with CloudWatch.
- Document flow logic and provide technical mentorship.
