Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8-15 years IT experience with 3-4 years cloud engineering and 4+ years admin on Windows/Linux.
• An associate-level cloud provider certification (AWS/Azure/OCI/Google) is required.
• Hands-on Amazon Connect config and administration including IVR design and routing.
• Proficiency with Python Lambda functions and RESTful API integrations.
• Experience with DynamoDB, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
