Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• 8–15 years IT experience with 3–4 years cloud engineering.
• Associate-level cloud service provider certification in AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect configuration and administration, including IVR design.
• Proficiency developing Python-based AWS Lambda functions and RESTful API integrations.
• Experience with DynamoDB data modeling, Terraform provisioning, and GitLab CI/CD workflows.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, including routing and IVR paths.
• Develop Python-based Lambda functions to extend contact center capabilities.
• Design and optimize DynamoDB tables and indexes for efficient storage.
• Build secure RESTful integrations using API Gateway and Lambda.
• Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure with Terraform and CI/CD workflows.
• Implement least-privilege permissions and secure integration boundaries.
• Troubleshoot routing, latency, and availability issues with CloudWatch.
• Document flow logic, contracts, deployment procedures, and provide mentorship.
