Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8–15 years IT experience incl. 3–4 years cloud engineering.
Associate cloud certification in AWS/Azure/OCI/Google Cloud required.
Hands-on Amazon Connect configuration and IVR design.
Python-based Lambda functions and RESTful API integrations.
DynamoDB modeling, Terraform provisioning, and GitLab CI/CD workflows.
U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, including IVR and routing.
Develop Python-based Lambda functions for contact center capabilities.
Design DynamoDB tables and indexes for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Build secure RESTful integrations with API Gateway and Lambda.
Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure with Terraform and manage GitLab CI/CD workflows.
Implement least-privilege permissions and secure integration boundaries.
Troubleshoot routing, latency, and availability; improve reliability and performance.
Document flow logic and provide mentorship and guidance.
