Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8–15 years IT experience with 3–4 years cloud engineering.
• At least 4 years debugging Windows or Linux in admin/engineering roles.
• Associate-level cloud certification (AWS/Azure/OCI/Google Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect configuration and administration.
• Proficiency developing Python-based AWS Lambda functions and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with DynamoDB data modeling, Terraform provisioning, and GitLab CI/CD.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, including IVR and routing.
• Develop Python-based Lambda functions to extend contact center capabilities.
• Design and optimize DynamoDB tables, keys, and indexes.
• Build secure RESTful integrations using API Gateway and Lambda.
• Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure with Terraform; manage GitLab CI/CD workflows.
• Implement least-privilege permissions and secure integration boundaries.
• Troubleshoot routing, latency, and availability; improve service reliability.
• Document flow logic and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
