Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an AWS Connect Developer to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, and integrated serverless services. You will build IVR flows, secure API integrations, and ensure reliable caller experiences across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–15 years IT experience with 3–4 years cloud engineering.
• Associate-level cloud certification in AWS/Azure/OCI/Google required.
• Hands-on Amazon Connect configuration and administration experience.
• Proficiency with Python-based AWS Lambda functions and RESTful API integrations.
• Experience with DynamoDB, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR structures.
• Develop Python-based AWS Lambda functions for contact center capabilities.
• Design and optimize DynamoDB tables and indexes for scalable data access.
• Build secure RESTful integrations using API Gateway and Lambda.
• Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure with Terraform; manage GitLab CI/CD workflows.
• Implement least-privilege permissions and secure integration boundaries.
• Troubleshoot routing, latency, and availability issues using CloudWatch and metrics; improve service reliability.
• Document flow logic, integration contracts, deployment procedures, and mentor junior developers.
