Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–15 years IT experience with 3–4 years cloud engineering.
• Administrative proficiency on Windows or Linux systems.
• Associate-level cloud certification in AWS/Azure/OCI/GCP required.
• Hands-on Amazon Connect configuration and administration.
• Python-based Lambda functions and RESTful API apps.
• DynamoDB modeling, Terraform provisioning, GitLab CI/CD.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows with routing and IVR.
• Develop Python Lambda functions to extend contact center capabilities.
• Design DynamoDB tables, keys, and indexes for efficiency.
• Build secure RESTful integrations with API Gateway and Lambda.
• Provision cloud infra using Terraform and manage GitLab CI/CD.
• Implement least-privilege permissions and secure boundaries.
• Troubleshoot routing, latency, and availability with CloudWatch.
• Document flow logic, contracts, and deployment steps; mentor staff.
