Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an AWS Connect Developer to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS serverless services. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8–15 years IT experience with 3–4 years cloud engineering experience.
• Associate-level cloud certification required.
• Hands‑on with Amazon Connect configuration and administration.
• Proficiency developing Python-based AWS Lambda functions and RESTful API integrations.
• Experience with Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and cross‑service troubleshooting.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows for routing, IVR branching, and error handling.
• Develop Python-based AWS Lambda functions for contact center capabilities and integration validation.
• Design DynamoDB tables with keys and indexes to optimize data access.
• Build secure RESTful integrations using API Gateway and Lambda.
• Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and GitLab CI/CD workflows.
• Implement least-privilege permissions and secure integration boundaries.
• Troubleshoot routing, latency, and availability using CloudWatch and metrics.
• Document flow logic, contracts, deployment procedures, and provide technical guidance.
