The role develops IVR flows, Python-based Lambda functions, and secure API integrations that connect customer interactions with enterprise data stores, ensuring reliable routing and a consistent caller experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
8–15 years IT experience with 3–4 years cloud engineering experience.
At least 4 years debugging Windows or Linux in admin/support/engineering roles.
Associate-level cloud certification (AWS/Azure/OCI/Google) required.
Hands-on Amazon Connect configuration and administration experience.
Proficiency with Python-based AWS Lambda functions and RESTful APIs.
Experience with DynamoDB data modeling, Terraform provisioning, and GitLab CI/CD.
U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR paths.
Develop Python-based AWS Lambda functions for contact center features.
Design and optimize DynamoDB tables and indexes for performance.
Build secure RESTful integrations using API Gateway and Lambda.
Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure with Terraform; manage GitLab CI/CD workflows.
Implement least-privilege permissions and secure integration boundaries.
Troubleshoot routing, latency, and availability with CloudWatch.
