Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8–15 years IT experience with 3–4 years cloud engineering.
- Associate-level cloud certification in AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP.
- Hands-on Amazon Connect configuration and administration.
- Proficient Python-based Lambda and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with DynamoDB, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR paths.
- Develop Python Lambda functions for contact center expansion.
- Model DynamoDB tables with efficient keys and indexes.
- Build secure RESTful integrations using API Gateway and Lambda.
- Provision cloud infra with Terraform and manage GitLab CI/CD.
- Enforce least-privilege permissions and secure data boundaries.
- Troubleshoot routing, latency, and availability with CloudWatch.
- Document flow logic and mentor junior developers.
