Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an AWS Cloud Engagement Leader to own the AWS business within the Financial Services unit. You will partner with EPAM leadership, delivery, AWS stakeholders, and clients to drive cloud-enabled transformation.

You will blend strategic business development with hands-on cloud expertise, guiding modernization journeys and fostering executive relationships across co-sell, co-delivery, and cloud engagement methodologies.

Qualifications

10+ years of technology consulting and delivery experience with AWS modernization focus.
5+ years growing cloud business in professional services or enterprise environments.
Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with Fortune 1000 clients and strategic sales pursuits.

Responsibilities

Partner with EPAM's Financial Services BU to deliver AWS engagements and expand cloud presence.
Collaborate with AWS senior leaders to amplify joint value proposition and customer impact.
Engage with Director-, VP-, and C-level executives as a trusted AWS advisor.
Lead AWS deal development and cross-EPAM pursuits as player-coach.
Mentor and enable Client Partners and Senior Delivery Leaders in cloud business best practices.
Travel up to 25-50%.
