Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an AWS Cloud Engagement Leader to own the AWS business within the Financial Services unit, working with EPAM leadership, delivery teams, and AWS partners to drive cloud-enabled transformation.

The role blends business development with hands-on cloud expertise, guiding clients through modernization journeys, building executive relationships, and championing co-sell and co-delivery strategies in a fast-growing practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.

Responsibilities

Partner with EPAM's Financial Services BU to deliver AWS engagements and expand cloud presence.
Collaborate with AWS leaders to amplify joint value and differentiate outcomes.
Engage with Director-, VP-, and C-level executives as AWS advisor.
Build strategic relationships with AWS and key stakeholders.
Identify and close cloud transformation opportunities across the portfolio.
Lead cloud engagement efforts as Engagement Manager, Lead Consultant, Architect, or Delivery Leader as needed.
Mentor Client Partners and Senior Delivery Leaders in cloud best practices.
Travel up to 25-50%.
