Job summary

Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) seeks an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects, blending technical depth with strong project leadership.

You will align customer goals with AWS architectures, apply Well-Architected and CAF frameworks, manage risk and scope, and communicate effectively to technical and business audiences, driving successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading IT project delivery with external customers.
• 1+ years as Scrum Master or Product Owner across cross-functional teams.
• 1+ years cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Current TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Guide decisions using AWS services, architectures, and best practices.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions; align with outcomes.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements mapped to outcomes.
• Decompose complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation and standards.
