Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead large, multi-workstream cloud transformation engagements across AWS, customers, and partners. You will serve as a trusted advisor, driving delivery excellence and business outcomes from strategy to implementation.

The role emphasizes building relationships, managing risk, and aligning teams to navigate complex cloud journeys while delivering measurable value to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale
• 7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise IT engagements
• 5+ years of cloud computing experience
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field
• Knowledge of public cloud value proposition and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Experience leading and delivering enterprise IT engagements

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream engagements with delivery quality standards and frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, AWS CAF)
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customer stakeholders and guide business vision
• Manage engagement scope, financials, and timelines; negotiate acceptance criteria
• Coordinate cross-functional AWS, customer, and partner resources and resolve blockers
• Share best practices for delivery quality and operational excellence; mentor team members
