Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an AWS Cloud Engagement Leader to own the AWS business within the Financial Services unit. You will partner with EPAM leadership, delivery teams, AWS stakeholders, and clients to drive cloud-enabled transformation and orchestrate cloud engagements across the portfolio.

You will guide clients through AWS modernization journeys, foster executive relationships, and champion best practices across co-sell, co-delivery, and cloud engagement methodologies.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in technology consulting with recent AWS modernization experience.
• Five+ years growing cloud business in professional services or enterprise environments.
• Experience engaging with Directors, VPs, and C-level executives as advisor.
• Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25‑50%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with EPAM's Financial Services BU to deliver AWS engagements and expand cloud presence within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with AWS leaders to amplify the joint value proposition and create differentiated customer impact.
• Engage with Director-, VP-, and C-level client executives as a trusted AWS technology advisor.
• Build and accelerate strategic relationships with AWS and key stakeholders.
• Identify, develop, and close cloud transformation opportunities across the portfolio.
• Lead AWS deal development as a player‑coach and orchestrate strategic pursuits.
• Mentor Client Partners and Senior Delivery Leaders in cloud best practices.
• Ability to travel up to 25-50%.
