Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager for the ProServe team to lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects and align business outcomes with technical solutions.

You will apply AWS Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework while driving cross-functional collaboration and maintaining technical credibility across stakeholders. As you progress, you will manage risks, communicate with executives, and shape technical strategies to ensure successful implementations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or engagement management experience leading multiple projects
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Experience working as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects
• Guiding technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS services
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions and ensuring alignment with customer outcomes
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and mapping to business outcomes
• Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable deliverables
• Contributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standards
