Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking an AVP of Collections - Loss Mitigation to lead a professional team in coordinating delinquent loan collections and repossessions. You will direct day-to-day operations, develop staff, and drive recovery efforts in alignment with credit union policies and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes management of bankruptcy and legal collections, performance coaching, and reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• Four years of related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of collection practices, bankruptcy, repossessions, liquidations and foreclosures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Loss Mitigation team; drive process improvements.
• Monitor and report collections and Loss Mitigation activities; conduct audits.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls in a regional center; ensure service standards.
• Ensure policy compliance and timely dispute responses; maintain data accuracy.
