Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking an AVP Collections - Loss Mitigation to plan, control and direct daily operations of the Loss Mitigation team. The role focuses on contacting members with delinquent loans, arranging payment schedules, and overseeing repossession and foreclosure procedures for delinquent collateralized loans.

Responsibilities include reporting to Executive Leadership, managing staff, ensuring fair credit reporting, and driving recoveries while upholding member-centric

Qualifikationen

• Four years of related experience; or a combination of education, experience and training is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience required.
• Extensive collection knowledge across bankruptcy, repossessions, liquidations and foreclosures.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Loss Mitigation team to meet department and credit union goals.
• Monitor collections performance and report results to leadership and committees.
• Manage repossession processes and negotiation with delinquent borrowers to maximize recoveries.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and applicable laws.
• Prepare regular collection and performance reports.
