Nuvision Federal Credit Union seeks an AVP of Collections – Loss Mitigation to plan and direct day-to-day operations, including contacting delinquent members, arranging payment schedules, and overseeing repossessions and foreclosures on collateral loans.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in bankruptcy, and capacity to drive recovery while ensuring regulatory compliance and data accuracy, reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's level or equivalent education with credit union/financial services familiarity preferred.
• Strong understanding of debt collections, bankruptcy, and repossessions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a data-driven mindset.

• Lead a professional collections team and drive process improvements aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor and report collections and loss mitigation activities; conduct audits for quality and productivity.
• Ensure call center coverage and service levels in a regional environment.
• Coach staff, oversee performance evaluations, and administer development plans.
• Oversee repossession, bankruptcy, and legal collections activities within guidelines.
