Job summary

State Street seeks an AVP-level leader to guide client conversion and business acceptance testing, driving sub-stream initiatives and governance across the Front to Back program. You will oversee project delivery, reporting, and stakeholder alignment to achieve integration goals and financial synergies.

The role requires PMP certification and a strong financial services background, with proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced or Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years financial services experience including project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management and drive the execution of sub-work stream initiatives within the overall Client Conversion Services workstream.
• Drive execution through stringent project management and close attention to detail of sub-streams Alpha, Client onboarding and ESP initiatives.
• Oversee Vendor relationship and Vendor team management.
• Prepare and present program/project level executive status reports.
• Perform financial management oversight of sub-streams to enable achievement of integration financial goals and synergies.
