• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience supporting data conversions, onboarding reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Ability to assess requirements, support process improvements, and help develop solutions that improve onboarding efficiency and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support client implementation and conversion projects to State Street software solutions.
• Work with clients to define, prepare, and validate data conversion templates to align with software requirements.
• Assist in identifying, resolving and escalating project issues while assessing risk and impacts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute project deliverables and requirements.
• Contribute to multiple project engagements, ensuring timely completion of responsibilities.
• Follow and define enhancements to internal processes, procedures, and controls.
• Educate clients regarding State Street functionality and deliverables; participate in remote and onsite client engagements as needed.
