Job summary

State Street is seeking an Insurance Professional Services AVP to lead client onboarding and conversion initiatives for State Street insurance solutions in Kansas City, KS. You will coordinate data conversions, validate templates, and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and the firm.

The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while educating clients on functionality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years in investment accounting and software implementations.
• Working knowledge of insurance accounting principles; PAM exposure preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Support client implementation and conversion projects to State Street software solutions.
• Define, prepare, and validate data conversion templates for software requirements.
• Identify, resolve and escalate project issues while assessing risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver project requirements.
• Contribute to multiple engagements, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Follow and enhance internal processes, procedures, and controls.
• Educate clients on State Street functionality and participate in engagements remotely or onsite as needed.
