Job summary

State Street in Quincy, MA, seeks an Assistant Vice President, Client Service Lead, to be the primary contact for multiple client relationships and to oversee client activities and inquiries. You will collaborate with COEs and Shared Service teams to resolve issues and ensure SLA compliance while supporting implementations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, strategic thinking, and a proven background in financial services, with a minimum of five years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day relationship lead for multiple clients.
• Ensure client inquiries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Liaise with COEs, Shared Service teams, and other business units to resolve service and operational issues.
• Facilitate communication across service partners and clients.
• Work with shared services, outsource partners, and business units to ensure SLA compliance.
• Participate in projects, governance, oversight activities, committees, and KPI reviews.
• Keep senior management informed of service issues and business opportunities.
• Compile client documentation, organize meetings, and prepare presentation materials.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal departments for successful implementations.
