• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of governance, risk, and controls experience in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance Compliance governance routines and senior management forums.
• Synthesize risk information into concise executive reporting for leadership.
• Oversee risk appetite and KRI reporting across stakeholders.
• Manage the Compliance Program Master Schedule and drive automation.
• Support regulatory exams, audits, and supervisory engagements.
• Improve governance analytics using Tableau, Excel, and automation tools.
